Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Oversize item surcharges will still apply to orders that otherwise qualify for free shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us for details on how to start a return claim. Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the actual product page. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page. 

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept opened boxes, dirty, washed, or used products.

Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for the return.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@best4kidsstore.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are still in the effective limited warranty. For details on how to exchange an item, please email us at info@best4kidsstore.com.

 

Warranty Policy

We are pleased to provide the initial purchaser with a one-year limited warranty against defects in design, parts and materials. The warranty starts on the date of delivery. Our warranty will not apply where there is evidence of alteration, physical damage from pets, wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, negligence or abuse. During the warranty period, we will repair, or at our option, replace any parts where we are satisfied the product is defective. Decisions on warranty rest solely with Best4Kids. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for both ways when the item is repaired or replaced any parts under warranty.
